The Day Before: Everything we have about the zombie survival

The Day Before slapped in the spring of 2021 like a bomb. When the title overnight suddenly appeared on the picture area, he appeared like the fulfillment of all survival fan dreams: a MMO survival simulation with open-world exploration, crafting, base building and crisp Pvpve battles against carnivorous zombies and other human players - Packed in properly chic graphics! The hype was real. And then the makers also heated up the pack themselves: "We have to bring the MMO survival genre to a completely new level," no less promised the developers of FNTASTIC.

The problem: despite each quantity of anticipation and advance laurels, you have still not seen anything about this groundbreaking masterpiece. And that, though, should already be in just under four months of the release. What's going on there? Were we at the end of the end? How does The Day Before play?

Concrete statements about the gameplay can not yet meet. It does not seem like anyone was allowed to play the thing already. So we are completely dependent on interview statements of developers and impressions from the trailers. But at least a rough picture of what could expect to release:

Survival: As the genre demands, The Day Before includes various survival elements. The developers want to finally want the survival process as "interesting and fun," the own statement. The whole thing should not be too intrusive. Open World: In the setting, the makers of The Day Before once again decided to the USA. Unlike In The Division, however, there is not only urban, but also rural areas. Nonetheless, the Day Before saw here and there's a bit unrestrained here: animations were choppy, character models Detail arm, even in the trailer were scattered pop-ins.

When will The Day Before appear?

Originally, the release of The Day Before was already scheduled for the second quarter 2021. The appointment could not comply with the developers of FNTASTIC. Currently, June 21, 2022 is being targeted instead. Then the Survival MMO is to be released via Steam for the PC. Versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S | X are also in progress. However, there is no concrete date for the next-gen console version.

There are no detailed information on the official website. The previously published trailers also look pretty placed, so are not really meaningful.
